Young Footballers Volunteers Coaching Conference

 Our Young Football Volunteers Coaching Conference is a day of football related coaching content aimed at supporting volunteer coaches of secondary school age looking to kickstart a career in football.

 The Conference, covers a range of topics to support coaches looking to jumpstart their passion for football into a career including a stadium tour practical sessions and workshops, as well as opportunities to network and get volunteering.

 The Conference aims to provide a recognition that young people see a career in sport and are enthusiastic to become involved at earlier ages and aims to:

  • Create an Environment where young people can relax and jumpstart their passion for football into a career
  • Create and environment where young people can learn and be relaxed within their peer group
  • Add to participants personal development and CV with relevant and stimulating content
  • Experience working alongside and networking with professionals from the football industry
  • Develop personal qualities such as leadership, confidence and responsibility
  • Signpost young people to volunteering opportunities
