We are recruiting for the new role of Club Development Manager!

Hibernian Community Foundation are delighted to be recruiting a new full-time Club Development Manager. This role will see the successful candidate lead our Hibernian Community Club boys’ and girls’ section as well as lead on Coach Development and the growth of associated Community Football programmes.

Our ideal candidate will be qualified to UEFA ‘B’ Licence and/or Scottish FA Advanced Children’s  Licence level with experience of leading and managing a grassroots or youth development environment as well as knowledge and experience in coach education and development.

The three key areas of the role are;

• Leadership and continued development of The Hibernian Community Club (Boys’ & Girls’ Sections)
• Coach Education and Development (supporting, developing  and leading a team of coaches and volunteers)
• Growth of associated Community Football programmes (lead on the development of grassroots and youth development related football programmes.)
